I've got a need...a need for speed!

Attention Defecit Disorder is caused by lower than normal activity in the frontal lobe, where your Executive Function resides. This depressed fuction is normally counterbalanced by increased activity in your brain's Creative Centers (thus you are not stupider than normal-brain-having people, you just can't get off your ass and contibute your creativity to society). The most logical way to increase the activity to the Executive Function (according to your shrink) is to medicate it with speed.

Methylphenedate, that is. An introductory regemine of 5 mg for the first few days to get you started. After a few days of priming, a 100% increase in daily dosage to 10 mg. Consume 5 mg in the morning. Repeat dose at lunch. Stay on regemine for two weeks. Increase dosage 80% to 18 mg daily. Take one time-release capsule in the morning. Stay on regemine for two weeks. Adjust dosage accordingly...

Do you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning?
Do you have to drink coffee or other caffinated beverages to get yourself going?
Do you ever procrastinate?
Does your mind ever wander while your are reading?
Do you have trouble staying on task?
Are you a "night owl"?
Are you disorganized?
Do you habitually make lists, but neglect attending to them?
Do you spend money implusively?
Does too much caffeine make you tired, not wired?
If you answered "Yes" then you may be attention deficient.

Here's a testimonial from an Attention Deficient patient now medicated with methylphenedate:
"I used to think I was lazy, but it turned out I had ADD. Now I take speed in the morning, and I get a lot of stuff done. Instead of sitting around thinking about doing things, I just do them. Thanks Ritalin!" -A.
