It was a chocolate chip cookie in claymation pogoing up and down with some animated cohorts. Cohorts wearing chains and combat boots and hair in spikes and technicolor. They were pogoing and shouting: "Oi! Oi! Oi!" Shouting: "Punky Chips Ahoy! Oi! Oi!"
And then this cop comes along, an animated animal, not a pig, but a rat, an animated rat cop. (As I watch I think, How could an ad that promotes itself as punk not portray the cop as a pig?) This pig that's a rat, "It's 'Chunky,' not 'Punky,'" he says in a cantankerous tone, the kind reserved for adults in children's programing. The animated hooligans, they have tiny bodies and creepy child-like faces painted on huges skulls, like bobblehead dolls or the children from Peanuts cartoons. They all look at each other and shout "Oi! Oi! Oi!" and begin pogoing up and down again and then they overturn a car. Maybe they don't over turn a car. The rat shuffles away muttering at their insolence.
