Who this guy is exactly, I have no idea, but I could (and occasionally do) spend all day with him walking around the cities and towns of Rust Belt America. His pictures are fucking awesome, and even better than that are his captions. Here's a recent example:

So with my grumpiness & my week-off from work & my rented car I did what anybody else in my situation'd do -- I went to Indianapolis! And plus too to some other places, but I put Indianapolis first!
And I really liked it a lot! I think Indianapolis has got way more beauteousness in it than it's got a reputation for having. The people I saw were all friendly & they looked like they had festiveness in their hearts -- & some of them were kind of glamourous!
I walked among the city for oh about seven hours I guess, & with each step I took I felt like I was getting warm hugs from old friends & passionate kisses from skillful lovers -- all at the same time! I felt like I was raising Bethel out of my stony griefs.
There are hateful people that like to call it "Indianoplace" but I never shall!

How great is this sentence: "I think Indianapolis has got way more beauteousness in it than it's got a reputation for having." So great! And I have to agree with him in his assessment of Indianapolis. I drove through it one late summer morning a few years ago. That particular leg of the road trip took us from Chicago to Cincinnati and we drove through Indianapolis. From our vantage point on the elevated surface of Interstate 65 (I think) the town looked very scenic, old brick spires rising from the flat landscape of the heartland. I regretted not having time to stop and take it in. Thanks to the lens of Tim Kiser, I can finally realize that desire.
This man is a genius. He has a talent for finding in the mundane some untapped beauty and wit, capturing it effortlessly in his photos, and describing it with a voice that deserves a much broader platform. I would like to hang out with this person, especially in his profile he describes himself like this:
Welcome to my pictures! In real life, I have good spelling and grammar skills, and my words and actions are informed by intentions of earnestness and sincerity.
Upon this website, I sometimes misrepresent myself.
